Feedback from readers:

I've been banded for 3 years now but my weight stopped dead at 132kg until I got your new book last month. The worksheets showed me what was going on. I wasn't paying attention to some stuff and had slipped back into bad habits without realizing it. And already, I've dropped under 130kg in a couple of weeks. Woohoo. LOL. bandbaby.

From Marg W, Southport. I don't do bread with the band but I had no idea how important the whole grain thing was for me. Now I eat a wrap with ham at lunch and it makes me full right through the afternoon. I've got even more energy and I don't need laxatives since I changed my eating around. thank you.

From Marcia in Victoria. Those pictures on page 15 and 48 blew me away. I've sworn off muffins and nuts. I used to eat half a muffin at 10 o'clock and nibble my way through the rest of it at work. That's an extra hour at the gym? I don't exercise and I'm not going to start. I've just ordered this=that so I can make some more changes.

From BB in Qld. Yep, the pictures in the book made me come back and buy this=that as well. Seeing really is believing. I was eating off a small plate, feeling hungry and not losing weight. But I was putting all the wrong stuff on the plate and snacking between. Now I choose the big pictures out of this=that, eat until I'm full and satisifed PLUS now the weight is coming off.  Often I can't finish the serve, but that's okay by me cause I'm full and not hungry anymore. Not rocket science as it turns out. Cheers.
